Intersectional Leadership Program (ILP)

The Intersectional Leadership Program (ILP) is the first-of-its-kind ecosystem in Pakistan, designed to offer institutional support and resources to social entrepreneurs, leaders, and innovators. ILP focuses on nurturing the intersection of various societal challenges, empowering individuals to drive positive, sustainable change.

ILP aims to build an ecosystem that encourages action, mutual learning, and reflection. By promoting intersectional approaches, ILP addresses multiple social challenges simultaneously, enabling participants to explore how different societal issues overlap and interact. The program provides funding and support to community innovators and changemakers, empowering them to implement creative solutions. Additionally, ILP offers a flexible capacity-building framework, tailored to the unique needs of local actors, ensuring that they receive the appropriate tools and resources to succeed. ILP also supplies process management tools, helping participants effectively design, implement, and evaluate their projects.

Through this program, we offer a range of opportunities to support social entrepreneurs and innovators. Under the ILP, comprehensive capacity-building initiatives are available to enhance the skills and knowledge of both individuals and their communities. The program also extends financial assistance to support the growth and success of these initiatives. Furthermore, ILP offers valuable networking opportunities, granting access to a broad network of connections that increase visibility and foster the long-term growth of participants’ projects.

Under the Intersectional Leadership Program, HIVE Pakistan supported, mentored and funded up to 17 ideas from all over the country and transformed them into meaningful long lasting projects.
