Quaid e Azam Holograms
Quaid e Azam Holograms, which are executed under the brand name “AIK – Better Together” is an award winning (Nelson Mandela – Graca Michel 2021) campaign which uses life-size hologram of the founder of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, to advocate for an equal and inclusive Pakistan.
Under this campaign, several statements of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah from his original speeches were knitted together and re-created using 3D holographic technology and screened in public places for mass engagement. Quaid’s speech that covered issues related to interfaith harmony, inclusive development, women empowerment and pluralism were held across 50 locations in 9 major cities of Pakistan including Kasur, Swat, Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Skardu and Gilgit.
The campaign was the first initiative that used hologram technology in Pakistan for a social cause. It disseminated the messages for inclusive Pakistan based on Jinnah’s vision through hologram screenings, workshops, focus group discussions, community engagement through art installations, and online engagement such as meaningful videos.
AIK – Better Together reached out to 60,000 people on ground who witnessed the screenings in over 20 cities of Pakistan, created 17 public arts installations and simultaneously carried out a digital campaign reaching out to more than 10 Million online users in Pakistan.
